Boys' Basketball Camp

Grades 7 - 12: May 20 - 24 (Week 1), 1 PM - 4 PM
Location: UAF Patty Center, Fairbanks Alaska
Cost: $250
Description: Our goal is to provide quality instruction with a focus on the fundamentals and fun. Campers will work with UAF Men's Basketball coaches and student-athletes in an atmosphere that stresses the fun that comes from working hard and playing together. Our staff will instruct in a positive way that will leave the campers feeling confident in themselves as a player and person.
Instructor: Drew Hedman
A little about your instructor: Drew Hedman is entering his sixth season with Nanooks men's basketball. Hedman spent his first three seasons as a student-volunteer coach before spending the 2021-22 season as a volunteer coach. In the 2022-23 season, Hedman was named assistant coach and head coach in 2024. Hedman assists in game day prep, travel, day-to-day basketball operations, and recruiting. He is looking forward to working with campers this summer!
