A bit about me: With more than 15 years of experience as an educator and outreach specialist in cultural, artistic and scientific settings, Maïté is also a trained puppeteer, and a strong advocate for hands-on and place-based learning. She moved with her husband from Switzerland to Fairbanks in 2005, where they are raising their two children and enjoying the outdoors.

Description: Explore and experience nature at the Georgeson Botanical Garden through multiple hands-on and playful activities based on the interactive features in the Babula Children's Garden. Discover and learn about the role of pollinators, water, and climate on plants in Interior Alaska.
