A bit about me: Hello! My name is JR Ancheta. I'm the campus photographer for the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I have taught photography for the Visual Art Academy for seven years and this is my second semester as a 365 SMART instructor. I love photography and helping people learn photography. My hometown is Sitka, Alaska, but I live in Fairbanks now. I speak French and Ilocano too!

Advanced Photography

Grades: 6-9

Description: This course is a continuation of basic digital photography. We will learn more photography/editing techniques that expand our photographer's toolbox. We also will cover visual storytelling and complete a photography portfolio.
