Week 8 Instructor: Hannah Prenger

Grades 2 - 3: July 21 - 25 (Week 8), 1 PM - 4 PM (Waitlist only!)

Description: Focus on fun with food, including baking, cooking, and getting comfortable in the kitchen!

Instructor: Ben Pratte

A little about your instructor: Chef Ben is the administrative support person and an adjunct professor for the UAF CTC culinary arts and hospitality program. He has helped with summer sessions kids culinary camps since 2024. A graduate of the CAH program, Ben works as a personal chef and caterer, plays the bongos and loves spending time with his growing family.

Instructor: Hannah Prenger

A little about your instructor: Chef Hannah is an assistant professor at the UAF CTC culinary arts and hospitality program. She has been working with summer sessions kids cooking camps since 2022. A graduate of the CAH program, Hannah loves baking, spending time enjoying the natural Alaskan beauty and is a friend to all animals.
