A bit about me: Chef Sean is the lead chef and program coordinator for the University of Alaska Fairbanks CTC Culinary Arts Program. Sean enjoys traveling and cooking at home with his wife and two children. Sean grew up in Fairbanks and received his culinary training in Florence, Italy.

Baking Together
Grades: 6-9

Zoom Times: Mondays, 11am
Cost: $195
Description: Baking for the beginner and more experienced bakers who will hone their skills with delicious baked goods such as muffins, breads, and cupcakes. There will be weekly meetings with Chef Sean to show off your creations (if they haven’t been eaten), as well as discuss the challenges of the baking process.
Course Kit Content: canvas bag, chef's apron, wooden spoon, silicone scrapper, whisk, measuring scoops, measuring cup, and recipe cards
Supplies You Will Provide: food ingredients (list will be provided); full kitchen (with oven, stove, mixing bowls, etc.)
