A bit about me:  Chef Sean is the lead chef and program coordinator for the University of Alaska Fairbanks CTC Culinary Arts Program. Sean enjoys traveling and cooking at home with his wife and two children. Sean grew up in Fairbanks and received his culinary training in Florence, Italy.

Cooking Together

Grades: 3-5

Dates: July 12-August 9

Zoom Times: Mondays, 3 pm

Cost: $195 

Description: Learn some cooking basics from an experienced chef. Hone your skills making soup and sandwiches, pasta, pancakes, and snack cakes. There will be weekly opportunities to meet together with Chef Sean and show off your yummy creations (if they haven't been eaten!), as well as discuss the challenges of the cooking process. 

Course Kit Content: canvas bag, chef's apron, wooden spoon, silicone scrapper, whisk, measuring scoops, measuring cup, and recipe cards 

Supplies You Will Provide: food ingredients (list will be provided); full kitchen (with oven, stove, mixing bowls, etc.)
