A bit about me: Hello! My name is JR Ancheta. I'm the campus photographer for the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I have taught photography for the Visual Art Academy for seven years and this is my second semester as a 365 SMART instructor. I love photography and helping people learn photography. My hometown is Sitka, Alaska, but I live in Fairbanks now. I speak French and Ilocano too!

Description: Discover the basics of photography including how cameras work and even try to make a homemade camera using items that you may have readily available at home. Learn how to use any camera to make beautiful images. Use photo-editing software to do cover composition and photo editing techniques.
