Description: Join Alaska’s Got Talent Winner, Magician Neil Fama, in his Imagine Magic: Magic Camp! Campers interested in performing the art of Magic will learn and create MIND-BLOWING magic tricks, learn basic acting techniques, and enjoy magic theater games. On the final day of camp, campers will put their newfound skills and talent to the test when they get the opportunity to perform in front of their friends and family. But the MAGIC doesn’t end there! Every student will receive a SPECIAL ‘Imagine Magic’ MAGIC KIT at the end of the camp, enabling them to continue practicing and perfecting their tricks at home. So, what are you waiting for? Instructor: Neil Fama
A little about your instructor: Neil Fama is a professional magician in Alaska, where he has been performing since arriving here in 2022 from his hometown in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Neil has been a lifelong performer. He was deeply involved in theater during his high school and college years and has experience performing, choreographing, and directing shows. Along the way, Neil found his passion for magic, leading him to win several talent competitions. Inspired by his growing love of the art, Neil decided to turn magic into a career. In addition to performing at various public and private events in Fairbanks, Neil also teaches magic at local youth centers. He is excited to share his expertise with UAF campers this summer.
